CANCELLATION POLICY

You may have a seat on the couch outside and I will be with you at your appoint start time. Please do NOT bang or knock on the door as it can cause injury to my clients by startling them. Small children are not recommended to bring along for any lash extension or lift appointments, please contact 845-545-0205 with any questions. Under 18 a parent/guardian must consent and/or be present. Please note, due to the nature of these services, children under the age of 12 will not be permitted in the studio unless there is another adult present to supervise. There is a booking fee for each appointment that is applied to your total balance upon completion of your service. The Lash Specialist accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. You will be checked out just like any other business. I do not accept ZELLE or VENMO. For all appointments, a minimum 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Should you fail to cancel your appointment in this time frame, you will be charged a 60% of your appointment total. If you are over 15 minutes late to your  appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. This is due to the fact that all clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Therefore, if you are late to your eyelash extension appointment, it will still end at the same time therefore,  shortening your appointment. Please try to arrive on time in order to achieve yoir desired look. All service sales and gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Please contact within 48 hours any concerns with lash extensions. By booking your session with The Lash Specialist , you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy.
